Founder
Belinda is a transformation strategist and public speaker who works with entrepreneurs, government and leadership teams across Aotearoa. Take Up Space was always meant to be more than just a business—it’s an extension of her mission to help people own their voice, power and direction.

Nanci Ona-Murphy
Community Services Manager
Nanci has been the heart of Take Up Space since day one. As our Community Manager, she’s the calm in the chaos and the reason everything runs seamlessly.
From managing bookings and prepping the space, to welcoming guests and making sure every session flows smoothly — Nanci makes people feel seen, supported, and totally at ease.
Belinda & Nanci have been best mates since they were 18 and building this together has only made that bond stronger.
Nanci is the nurturer behind the scenes, the quiet powerhouse who holds it all together and if you’ve ever walked through our doors, you’ve probably felt her magic already.
